Somebody’s prayer is for somebody’s mouth to be fed.

It’s no new news in Africa when we talk about hunger. In fact, statistics shows the number of people starving has risen significantly. This is versely noticed globally. While a lot of people will blame it on insurgency, and yes insurgency has verse roll in starvation in Africa but the real perpetrator should be the government..which with the resources and capabilities fail to ease the pain of the victims of hunger. In Africa, the government are relied on for sustainability of peace and security. In extention; the government should be in the far_front of hunger crisis but that is not the case. The majority of the victims are also victims of insurgents…Most of which had lost everything and in most cases lost members of their bread winners in the process. Because of insecurities they just couldn’t go back to their farm even if it is just for the sustainable system.
I wish the government will lead this war and treat it as if it were their children’s life on the line. Maybe then they will do this right and not just leave it all on the hands of NGOs who have been relentlessly fighting hunger in Africa. While they embezzled and divert money for their selfish interests, they should have a heart to consider those in a very less privileged position. Those who couldn’t speak because they don’t have the strength. Those who lost everything because the government fail to protect them and their properties.
If the government will, and they should because the could, put more effort; there will be less hunger. And combine with the efforts of the NGOs the war on hunger will be over before we know it. You think I don’t know what I am saying, go to the rural areas, go to IDP camps, go to the orphanage, look on the streets. You will see what I am talking about. Lastly I will like to encourage others who are in a better position to share with those in need. Do it_ if not for anything; at least for the sake of humanity.

the love we feel deep inside…
looking to the sky, I see wisps of dreams pass by,hung to clouds, and curled up tight inside they drift and float, as the land and seacontinue to roam, we search far and wide, and continue to try, clutching at dreams, portrayed in the mirrorsmagic display, seen… a reflection, and refraction, of life’s mysteriouscontradictions of mind, […]

Stranded in the wilderness of loneliness.
It’s amazing how magnetic the things we love can be, human beings are all wired to find somethings irresistible.
That is the reason why we, humans are prone to addiction. It’s not because we want to be, but because most times we can’t help it. We are all going through alot secretly. People only see what they see and know what they know. Join me as I journey through this episode of modern day isolation. Here we shall see how difficult life can be And we’ll learn not to judge others.
What’s on my desk
I spend more and more time at my desk these days, doing everything from preparing the family taxes to working on this blog. Because of this, my workspace is constantly changing. Holding the clutter at bay is challenging, so I prefer to keep nearby only a few quality items that serve multiple purposes over a stockpile of things I might never need.
My daily planner
My planner is one of those simple ring binder journals you can pick up from any stationery supplies store. White paper. No ruled lines to cage my venturesome handwriting and doodling. I’m an obsessive note-taker and fill pages to the margins with to do lists, rough sketches, and ideas for blog posts. I usually go through one planner every month.
Staying Organized
Who me? Organized? My husband might tell you otherwise, but I do find it hard to keep track of our weekly schedule. You know: school, swimming, grocery shopping, tidying up, paying bills, remembering appointments and so on. Fortunately, in our house we all pitch in. No one person does everything. But we do have a little secret that helps our day run more smoothly.
Travel Tips
There are millions of tips out there on how to fly with kids, what to bring on camping vacations, which suitcase to buy, where to go and what to see in just about every corner on Earth. What I want to share today is something a little different – something that we discovered last summer during a family hike in the Appalachians.
